If you take drags longer then 10 seconds on your e-cig the led light on the tip will blink. Or it may need to be charged.

When using your e-cig make sure your battery is fully charged.

3. How long are my filters good for after I purchase them? See more.

All filters have a year shelf life when stored in a dark place at room temperature.

Yes you have a lifetime warranty on all batteries and atomizers.

5. Why is the tip of my battery not lighting up when I am trying to charge my battery?  See more.

Whenever charging your battery make sure you screw the battery into the charger until the tip of you cigarette lights up red.

6. How do I refill my cartridges? See more.

Inside of the cartridge there is a small white sponge you put 3 drops on the small white sponge in the filter and you cartridge is refilled.
