5. Returns, Lifetime Warranty & RMA Policy

At Smoke Free Group Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products. All returns and warranty requests are governed by the following rules:

  • Lifetime Warranty: We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all electronic cigarette battery and chargers units purchased directly from smokefreeonline.com. If a battery fails to hold a charge or stops functioning due to a manufacturer defect, it is eligible for replacement.

  • RMA Handling Fee: A $15 handling fee applies to each approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to cover administrative processing and replacement handling.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, physical damage caused by drops or liquid submersion, or misuse/unauthorized modifications.

  • Consumables: Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened e-liquids, refills, used mouthpieces, tanks, or disposable units cannot be returned once unsealed or used unless defective upon arrival.

  • How to Initiate a Claim: To start a warranty replacement or return, you must contact our support team, to receive an official RMA number and instructions before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

6. FDA & Health Disclaimers

  • Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
