1. Mandatory Adult Signature (21+) Requirement

In compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing electronic cigarettes and vapor products, all shipments require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.

  • Age Verification at Delivery: The carrier will require a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm age before releasing the package.
  • Delivery Attempts: If an adult age 21 or older is not available to sign at delivery, the carrier will attempt re-delivery or hold the package for pickup at a local facility.
  • Returned Packages: Orders returned to us due to a failed age verification attempt or missed pickup are subject to shipping fee deductions and restocking fees.

2. Customer Responsibility & Local Legal Compliance

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that electronic cigarettes, vapor devices, e-liquids, and related products are legally allowed to be received and imported into their country, state, city, or local area prior to placing an order.

  • Seized, Intercepted, or Rejected Shipments: If a shipment is rejected, held, confiscated, or returned by customs, local authorities, or shipping carriers due to regional laws or bans on vapor products, shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
  • Shipping Cost Non-Refundability: Because carriers do not refund shipping fees for packages blocked or returned due to legal prohibitions, Smoke Free Group Inc. cannot refund the shipping portion of any order that is rejected or returned for local legal restrictions.
  • Order Responsibility: By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have verified that your delivery location allows the receipt of our products.

3. Processing & Fulfillment Time

  • Standard Handling: Orders are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Stock Availability: In rare cases where an item is temporarily out of stock, shipment may be briefly delayed while we receive fresh inventory. If a longer delay is expected, we will notify you.
  • Order Modifications: Processing begins quickly. Once a tracking number is generated, no changes or cancellations can be made.

 We select the most efficient carrier (typically USPS, or UPS if cost-effective). Delivery generally takes between 2 to 10 business days depending on destination and carrier volume.
Guaranteed Shipping Calculated live at checkout based on location & service chosen Shipped via UPS. Guaranteed delivery timelines, rates, and estimated delivery dates are calculated by our system at checkout based on available UPS options.
Note: All shipping options require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Locations

  • No P.O. Boxes: Because an Adult Signature (21+) is required by law, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical residential or commercial address is required at checkout.
  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Military mail restrictions may limit the shipment of electronic cigarette hardware and e-liquids.

6. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking Information: You will receive an automated email notification with your tracking number once your order ships.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or is missing, you must notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Carrier Delays: Smoke Free Group Inc. is not responsible for transit delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
